Surprise guard of honour for crew member Katie and her new husband!

RNLI Jersey crew member, Katie, and her new husband, Andy, were treated to a surprise lifeboat crew guard of honour on their wedding day on Saturday 18 July 2020.
Katie and Andy were one of many couples who had their initial wedding plans cancelled as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. They had to scale back their wedding plans and could only invite a handful of close family and friends.
But the crew members of RNLI Jersey weren't going to let the virus get in the way of helping her celebrate her big day. They organised a surprise guard of honour for Katie and her new husband to walk though after their church ceremony.
