I joined the St Catherine's crew in 1996 and have since become the station mechanic and chief launcher. My most memorable shout was probably the rescue of a kayaker in December 2018, as seen on BBC 2's Saving Lives at Sea (series 4). The launch conditions were challenging and I got a bit wet that day sitting in the tractor!
